All new clients need to complete three private sessions before joining a reformer or studio class at a reduced rate. This is the most effective way to ensure that your individual needs and goals are met and you are empowered during your sessions.

REFORMER

Our reformer classes are small, which allows for plenty of feedback and assistance to help you achieve and maintain good form. You will be taken through a wide variety of exercises that will strengthen, increase flexibility and mobilise your body, using the assistance and resistance of the springs.

Maximum of five per class.

STUDIO

Studio classes allow clients to work individually and make use of all the equipment. The classes are small and allow clients to work on their individual needs and goals with the guidance of the studio trained instructor tailoring each client individually.

Maximum of three per class.

MAT

It’s a great place learn the fundamentals that make Pilates so popular. Level 1 is designed for a slower pace, caters for those at more of entry level with a few added challenges. Level 2 class is slightly faster paced class where we offer plenty of variations to suit all bodies and get the chance to explore more advanced mat Pilates repertoire.

Maximum of six per class.
